Killer Crunchy Garlic Bread

Preheat your oven to 400*.

I have always used an 8x8 Pyrex pan for a small quantity. (Don't know how this will work with other pans.)

Put one stick of salted butter in the pan along with one generous tablespoon of Roasted Garlic. I use Spice World and I usually find it in the produce section of the grocery store. (This is the kind of garlic that needs to be refrigerated after opening.) Place the pan in the oven and wait for the butter to melt (about 10 minutes).

Take a baguette or other kind of "stick" bread and cut 1" slices. I generally figure 2-3 per person.

Remove the pan from the oven. Make sure garlic and butter are evenly distributed and place slices in pan. Return pan to oven. Wait about 7-10 minutes and then turn the slices. Cook for another 7-10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Variations: In place of the Roasted Garlic, we have used Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt and a salt blend called
Johnny's Great Ceasar Garlic Spread and Seasoning. (We are able to purchase Johnny's (18 oz.) at our local Sam's Club.

**Experiment by modifying quantities of ingredients. For larger amount of bread, just increase size of pan and amount of ingredients.
